Your purchase is eligible for return or exchange only if it meets the following conditions:

  • An incorrect product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.
  • If the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect.

 

Returns that do not meet our conditions will not be accepted and sent back to the customer. Made to Order/Measure/Custom/Bespoke/Sale items do not qualify for a refund. Customer is advised to check the ordered products and quantity in the invoice prior to accepting the package from the logistics/courier. In case of a discrepancy we request you to leave a remark with the logistics/courier company and notify us on support@mymoledro.com with the discrepancy details within 24 hours of accepting the package. Items should be return unused and with all Moledro designer garment tags still attached to the item. Loose tags or broken tags will not be accepted for an exchange or credit note. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused. Refunds will be issued within 15 days of us receiving your cancellation notice.

Cancellation Policy

Please note an order can only cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed after 24 hours, no cancellation request will be entertained. Any refund will be made in the original method of payment – Only in case of order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order. All successfully returned items can be exchanged for other merchandise or online store credit.
